Shelley Freeman has been the head of consumer credit solutions at Wells Fargo & Company since September 16, 2014. She joined Wells Fargo in 1996 as director of private banking and brokerage administration, and her responsibilities were expanded in 1997 to oversee all of Private Client Services' marketing, product development and management, training, sales information and strategy, front office technology and compliance. She has also served Wells Fargo as head of customer experience strategic initiatives and affluent strategy, regional president of Florida operations, regional president of Los Angeles County community banking and head of investment Internet services
Previously, Shelley held a number of positions at Lehman Brothers and its predecessor firm, including director of marketing and high net worth services.
Shelley serves on the boards of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging and Center Theater Group and is a director of ShareBuilder Corporation and AIDS Project Los Angeles. She also served two years as a member of the Los Angeles Police Commission until 2007. Ms. Freeman is a graduate of Wilkes University and serves on its board of trustees.
