Doug Seserman is president and CEO of JEWISHcolorado (formerly known as Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado). Under his leadership since 2002, the organization experienced a 70% increase in its annual campaign with seven consecutive years of record achievement before the economic downturn of 2009. Since then, the organization’s annual campaign has stabilized at $10 million while its endowment assets have doubled to $50 million.
Doug was responsible for implementing innovative donor-driven giving options that encourage donors to give more of their philanthropic dollars through Federation. In October 2013, he led the organization through a strategic rebranding effort, “reimagining” the 67-year old Federation for the 21st century.
Previously, Doug served as chief marketing officer for Qwest Digital Media, leading all product management, marketing, and sales functions for the company.
He is also the former senior vice president of marketing and sales for AT&T Broadband, where he was responsible for the overall consumer marketing strategy for AT&T’s $10 billion, 14 million subscriber portfolio. He also built a distinguished brand management career with The Quaker Oats Company.
Seserman has a BA from Northwestern University and a MBA from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. An avid cyclist, skier and sports enthusiast, Mr. Seserman resides in Denver with his wife and twin daughters.
