Natana has had extensive experience at a senior level in the private and not-for-profit sectors, including co-founding and running an advertising agency in Israel, where she lived for 17 years.
Since 2008 Natana has led what has been referred to as one of the most exciting and innovative initiatives in North America, The Generations Fund. She was hired with the mandate of creating a $100 million Jewish Continuity Endowment Fund, implementing high impact initiatives to ensure a vibrant, relevant and sustainable Jewish community in Montreal. This included developing and implementing a fundraising, marketing and communications plan for this initiative, program development, management and oversight, and providing ongoing leadership and strategic direction for the initiative. In her positions as VP of development for the Canadian Technion Society and director for Federation CJA’s Generations Fund, she has raised over $130M in major gifts and launched hundreds of programs and initiatives in Jewish education and identity.
Natana is deeply rooted in Jewish values with strong appreciation for Israel, Jewish peoplehood and community. She has four children. Her youngest daughter recently finished her service in the Israeli Air Force.
