Amir Sznajderman uses his banking background as a manager of the eight active loan funds for businesses and entrepreneurs within the Jewish Agency for Israel. After several years in the banking world, rising up the ranks to various positions in Bank Hapoalim Ltd. including department manager, Amir left the for-profit sector in favor of the Jewish Agency where he has been for the past decade, serving as Financial Affairs Manager, analyzing funds and managing employees; economist, budgeting, controlling, and reporting of activities in the sum of up to $25 million; and, currently, the Director of Economic Development and Loan Funds within the Partnership Unit, where he works in assisting entrepreneurs and business owners in Israel to open or expand their businesses. Amir served his army service in the Israeli Air Force and studied for a BA in Economics and Political Science and MBA in Finance and Marketing at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
